We believe that belonging is built through empathy, authenticity, and intentional action. It’s how we foster connection across teams, communities, and the global platform we’ve created. In 2024, we reinforced belonging as a core thread woven into everything that we do, strengthening programs for all team members, scaling the impact of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and sharing our stories of product innovation throughbelonging.snap.com. We continue to demonstrate our commitment to belonging in ways that are inclusive, authentic, and impactful across the company.

In 2024, we focused on strengthening connection, development, and well-being through cross-functional efforts from Council, Learning and Development, Inclusion and Belonging, and Benefits teams. This includes expanding the reach of Council and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) globally, and evolving our talent development experiences to foster leadership across all levels.
